Tabia Yapp Is The Founder Of BEOTIS. Based In Los Angeles, CA And Originally From Omaha, NE, Tabia Began Her Career Working For Creative Artists Agency And Later Fred Segal. Witnessing A Gap In Representation For Emerging Talent Of Color, Tabia Founded BEOTIS In 2015. The Agency Is Named After Her Great Grandfather. Yapp runs a boutique talent agency that represents a leading roster of multi-hyphenate artists and writers of color for: Speaking, Literary, Brand Partnerships, and Creative Consulting. Her Artists work with US & international brands and venues ranging from museums to universities, ad agencies to bookstores, stadium theaters to local ice cream shops. The work of the roster lives on screen, in print, and online via platforms including: Marvel, The Atlantic, NPR, O Magazine, TED, The Paris Review, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Poetry Foundation, The Daily Show, The Late Show, Under Armour, Redbull, and Mastercard.
